Subject	Setting Timing on Newly Built Block

Message	I am currently putting my VG30 back together after doing some engine work. I need to set the crank and the cam sprockets to align with the timing marks, but three cam gears need to move as well as the crank. My question is this: which do I set first? Is it safer to move the crank first and then the cams or vice versa? I really don't want to mess this up, any help would be awesome!
